Set Up Your Profile

Add your key stats so Power Zone calculations are accurate:

  • FTP: Your cycling power zones are calculated from this. Add a history and past rides recalculate correctly.
  • Pace Levels: Set your running pace levels for tread workouts.
  • Leaderboard Name: Choose a display name for challenges — your real name stays private.
