Note: Your Peloton credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We only access the data necessary to provide our services.
Set Up Your Profile
Complete your profile by adding key information that helps us personalize your experience:
- FTP (Functional Threshold Power): Your cycling power zones are calculated from this
- Pace Levels: Set your running and walking pace levels for tread workouts
- Weight: Used for power-to-weight ratio calculations
Generate Your First Plan
Once your Peloton account is connected, you can generate your first weekly plan. The system analyzes your scheduled workouts and automatically creates a plan that strategically places pelvic floor exercises around your rides and runs.
Track Your Progress
As you complete exercises and workouts, track your progress through:
- Weekly Plans: Mark exercises as complete and see your completion rate
- Metrics Dashboard: View detailed analytics, power-to-weight ratios, and personal records
