Troubleshooting
My workouts aren't syncing. What should I do?
First, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Peloton account. Make sure your Peloton credentials are correct. If issues persist, try a full resync which will delete and re-import all your workouts. Note: This may take longer but ensures data consistency.
Some of my workout data seems incorrect. Why?
Data is pulled directly from Peloton's API. If data appears incorrect, it may be an issue with how Peloton recorded the workout. Try re-syncing the specific workout. If the issue persists, it may be a limitation of Peloton's API data.
Charts aren't displaying. How do I fix this?
Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue continues, check your browser's console for any error messages and ensure you're using a modern, supported browser.
Can I disconnect my account?
Yes, you can disconnect your Peloton account at any time from the Sync modal. Your workout data will be preserved. You can reconnect later to continue syncing new workouts.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data transmission is encrypted, and we never store your Peloton password. We only access workout data that you explicitly authorize. You can disconnect your account at any time.
What data do you store?
We store your workout data retrieved from Peloton's API, including workout details, performance metrics, and class information. We use this data solely to provide you with analytics and insights. We do not share your data with third parties.
